At OBSIDIA TCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
